Return Value: the new grid size

Arguments:

This function alters the grid size of the world view (orthographic or perspective, not camera). The names of the views are:

_World = Single viewport
_WorldQ# = Quad view where # is replaced with the number of the viewport to adjust
_WorldH# = Double view where # is replaced with the number of the viewport to adjust
