Return Value: 1 if successful 0 otherwise.

Arguments: none

If multi-edit is on then this function turns it off, likewise if it is currently on then this function will turn it off. If multi-edit is turned on then when you have multiple items selected you will be able to transform them all at the same time. By default multi-edit is off and only a single object at a time can be transformed regardless how many are selected.
