Return Value: 1 if successful 0 otherwise.

Arguments: none

If a translate channel is selected, then a call to this function will select the first rotation channel. If a rotate channel is selected the first scale channel is selected. The function will cycle through the trans, rot, and scale channel groups. This function is equivalent to pressing the '0' key on the keyboard.
